Job Description & Requirements

Delivery Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of eBao Gemini / InsureMO modules (Policy Admin, Claims, Product Engine, API Integration).
• Review and validate all functional and technical deliverables from the offshore team before client submission.
• Participate in design and configuration workshops; guide the offshore team in applying best practices from prior eBao projects.
• Manage daily interaction with clients business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and quality.

Solution & Configuration Expertise

• Be hands-on with product configuration, workflows, and rule setup in eBao (Gemini/InsureMO).
• Understand how to manage customer configurations, environments, and test data.
• Build reusable configuration templates, documentation, and checklists to accelerate the next projects.
