Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Lead the team to ensure all released orders are shipped and recognized according to customer requirements and compliance standards
Ensure customer orders are shipped on time with complete and accurate documentation to support sales recognition
Ensure all shipments comply with Emerson International Trade Compliance rules
Lead and drive departmental KPIs and company goals
Ensure proper records are maintained in accordance with Emerson Record Retention and statutory requirements
Provide guidance and support to Shipping Assistants on work-related matters
Generate manual export documents when required in compliance with local regulations
Liaise with internal stakeholders on Trade Compliance and Shipping matters
Exercise Stop Work Authority when ESH risks are not clearly controlled or understood, and support related investigations
