Our busy client in the Logistics industry is looking for a Senior Import Controller to join their growing team. The minimum requirements include:

Matric Receipt of Documents / Shipping Instructions Monitoring documents and requests from Clients and Head Office and acting accordingly Requesting original documents timeously Prepare and complete every file for invoicing, ensuring customer documents are delivered on time Ensuring that files are invoiced out according to rate profiles Raising of Purchase Orders to Suppliers Assisting with any Logistics calculations on Import Shipments Following a quote system and saving all quotes on the network for easy access Obtaining approval of quotes from the department manager prior to sending Preparing estimates for logistics quotes Negotiating best possible rates for ocean/air/road/rail to secu...
