Description
One of our financial industry clients is looking for a Sr. Incident Response Manager who will focus on critical emergency response and communication. Responsibilities will include:
coordinating all aspects of crisis response through to crisis resolution through leadership of investigations

liase with senior leaders, stakeholders and special operation centers to provide insights on incident/crisis trends

assist in the development of CIBC crisis management capability, including playbooks designs
Additional Details
hybrid 2 days per week

background in risk management and/or business continuity

must have 10 years of experience

must be in the GTA
