Senior Industrial Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Industrial Engineer to join our team at Acbel Polytech (Phils.) Inc.' in Calamba City, Laguna. As a full-time Senior Industrial Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimising our manufacturing processes and improving operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Focus on improving the manufacturing process from Laser Marking, Comp Prep, until packaging but not limited to improving other processes outside this scope.
• Resolve and improve process where quality concerns arise.
• Suggest and implement process improvements thru Kaizen proposal.
• Update and verify all TCM in the line.
• Update CPS (Comp Prep)' SPI's, OPL's, and TCM's as deemed necessary.
• Draft and initiate Work Instructions for process improvements.
• Review the PFC, PMP of all models to correlate with CPS, SPI/BOM, and TCM.
• Close all audit (IPQC, Customer, System) concerns on time. <...
