Industrial Engineer III
This role is within Chamberlain Group's Nogales Engineering group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) analyze, define and update all process related to material flow in accordance with company procedures, policies and standards; identify and implement lean material flow tools; and (ii) oversee and maintain visual aids, Kanban implementation, calculation and workstations related to material flow; ensure optimal delivery methods to the production lines, ensuring parts are on time in the correct container and quantity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and enforce safety rules and apply prior knowledge and experience to contribute to EHS or ergonomics initiatives; act as a safety lead to coworkers.
Analyze, calculate and define line capacity on a monthly basis in terms of headcount, material handlers, delivery routes, Kanban and equipment needed to achieve planning demand; propose resource optimizations and lead or mentor associated projects.
