Senior Infor M3 Support Consultant

Nagarro is seeking a Senior Infor M3 Supply Chain Functional Consultant to enhance our global support efforts. This full-time position focuses on resolving critical functional issues and maintaining seamless business operations.
With six or more years of hands-on experience in Infor M3, you will play a vital role in delivering functional support and analyzing business processes. Your expertise will help clients navigate challenges within Procurement, Sales, Warehouse Management, and Distribution modules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide effective Level 2 and Level 3 support for M3 systems
• Analyze and resolve issues in Procurement and Sales modules
• Identify functional gaps and suggest workarounds
• Configure M3 systems to meet evolving business needs
• Facilitate communication with international technical teams
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years in Infor M3 (CloudSuite or on-premises)
