Senior Information Technology Consultant

We are looking for an IT Senior Consultant with experience managing full recruitment cycles and supporting technical hiring needs. This role is ideal for someone who can balance operational delivery with strong recruitment and communication skills. This hybrid role requires going onsite one day per week at the Client’s office in Barcelona located at 40 minutes away of the city center.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and specialized roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruitment teams to align priorities and meet hiring targets.
• Conduct proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines in niche technical markets.
• Conduct screenings and interviews, assessing both technical and soft skills.
• Track KPIs and recruitment metrics to ensure performance and process efficiency.
