Senior Information Technology Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery (planning ➜ execution ➜ delivery ➜ closure) for software and integration initiatives, ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and budget targets are met.
• Manage stakeholders across business, product, engineering, and operations—facilitate requirements, align priorities, and translate business needs into actionable delivery plans.
• Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and/or Waterfall milestones depending on project methodology; enforce sprint discipline and delivery cadences.
• Maintain and update project artefacts: schedules (MS Project/JIRA), risk & issue logs, RAID registers, status reports, and executive-level dashboards.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with onshore clients and offshore development teams to remove blockers, mitigate risks, and ensure timely deployments.
