Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst with M Administration experience for a contract until the end of the year.

Must Have:

  • 5+ years experience working with M:
  • Entra Administration
  • Exchange Administration
  • Teams Administration
  • Windows 11 Desktop Management
  • Windows File and Storage Services including Distributed File Services
  • Windows Server Administration

    • Nice to Have:

  • Nutanix AHV
  • Veeam

    • Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as an initial point of contact for ServiceNow ticket escalation for the Infrastructure Team
  • Ensure all escalated ServiceNow tickets have all the required information needed to address the issue
  • If possible resolve the request prior to escalation
  • If not, route ServiceNow ticket to the appropriate Infrastructure resource
