We are currently seeking a Senior Infrastructure & ITSM Platform Engineer to join our team on a Hybrid model in Ottawa, ON, Canada.

Project Summary

The client requires professional services to support and maintain an enterprise ITSM platform based on IFS assyst, including implementation of approved enhancements and ongoing system improvements. The role will also support migration activities to a modernized ITSM toolset (ITSMv2) and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

The environment is built on ITSM and ITIL best practices and includes integrated technologies such as Liferay, Java-based components, and secure enterprise infrastructure across designated and classified domains. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring system stability, performance, and availability while supporting modernization efforts and evolving business requirements.
