The Opportunity
We’re recruiting an Automation Engineer for a well-established and forward-thinking MSP that is investing heavily in automation and operational efficiency. This is a newly created role, designed to remove reliance on manual processes and drive smarter, scalable ways of working.
This position offers a genuine move away from ticket-heavy support into a strategic, build-focused role, where you’ll take ownership of automation across the business. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, define best practices, and have a real impact on service delivery and business performance.
