Job Summary:
The Senior Innovations Manager for Pet Food leads the development, deployment, and performance management of innovative products for Pet Food brand. This role works cross-functionally with R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, manufacturing plants, and external agencies to bring innovations from concept to market while ensuring commercial success.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead the development of the innovation pipeline in collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain, manufacturing plants, and external partners.
Oversee in-market deployment of innovations, working with Sales, Supply Chain, and external agencies to ensure successful launches.
Manage innovation performance, including tracking KPIs and collaborating with Finance to oversee P&L of new products.
Lead cross-functional teams and task forces to execute innovation projects effectively.
