Senior Insights & Quality Analyst

Job Description Overview:

Strategic Insight & Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal and client teams to understand business strategies and environments. Identify opportunities and enhance processes to tackle business challenges.

Project Management, Analysis, & Quality Assurance: Manage and scope analytical projects, conduct data analysis, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement and value realization. Perform quality assurance to ensure standards and compliance are met.

Communication, Data Utilization, & Insightful Reporting: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, present findings to all levels, and leverage data for insight-driven decision-making. Develop insightful reports that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and business insights.

Teamwork, Accountability, & Quality Improvement:
