+ Control and Organize the NI supervisors.

+ Plan and distribute the work inside the group according to the Gants.

+ Verify that the tools and the documents are available.

+ Supervise the execution of works, materials, tools and documents.

+ Supervise and to control the tasks of erection of the new tools

& documents and modernizations

+ Guarantee that the site is ready as it has been requested prior to installation.

+ Implement installation methods release by the Group

+ Handover the elevators /escalators on time and properly.

+ Make the erection of elevators/ escalators using the Schindler methods of installation.

+ Follow up/ apply the Schindler acceptance inspection standards (SA's)

+ Guarantee that the targets of yield are achieved (activity).
