Senior Instructional Designer

THE ROLE 

This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of engaging, learner-centred learning solutions. You will work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and the wider People & Capability team to translate complex information into practical, impactful learning experiences.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on design and is well suited to someone who enjoys influencing learning outcomes while maintaining high design standards.
