We’re seeking a Senior Instructional Systems Designer to join our Training team and play a key role in developing modern, data‑driven training and crew readiness solutions for major maritime and naval programs—most notably the Royal Canadian Navy’s River Class Destroyer project. In this role, you’ll drive the end‑to‑end design of training systems that support the integration of advanced combat and platform technologies, ensuring RCN sailors receive effective, mission‑ready learning experiences. You’ll apply a blend of established instructional methodologies, innovation, and emerging learning technologies to meet both operational objectives and individual learner needs.
