Senior Insurance Advisor, Commercial

The **Senior Insurance Advisor** is a technically skilled, client-focused broker who supports the delivery of exceptional service and accurate coverage on assigned accounts, working in partnership with Account Managers and Account Executives in alignment with HUB's service standards.

This is an in-office role.

Responsibilities

+ Serve as a client-facing advisor on assigned accounts, working in partnership with Account Managers and Account Executives to deliver service, write new business and execute on account strategy
+ Service assigned accounts and contribute to new business in alignment with HUB's service standards
+ Participate in formal account reviews and Critical Path meetings

+ Gather client data, build submissions in PolicyWorks or EPIC and prepare comprehensive rate comparisons
+ Identify coverage gaps, negotiate rates and terms with underwriters and present terms to the client or to the Account Executive
