Job Description

Westland Insurance Group is hiring a Senior Insurance Advisor located in Delta, BC - Scottsdale. The role is onsite and requires a 35‑hour work week.

Compensation

Hourly range: $22.20 – $22.75, adjusted for qualifications and internal equity.

Responsibilities

• Promote and educate clients on a wide range of insurance products.
• Take ownership of client relationships and serve as a senior resource within the branch.
• Manage complex insurance cases, new business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes.
• Deliver exceptional client service across phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
• Build lasting relationships, provide proactive support throughout the customer journey, including claims assistance.
