Senior Insurance Advisor

Position Summary We’re searching for a Senior Insurance Advisor. Westland Insurance Group is growing and has an exciting opportunity for a remote Senior Insurance Advisor serving our Mindemoya office.

Compensation The expected hiring range for this role is $26.27 to $32.84 per hour based on a 35‑hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on qualifications, experience, market conditions, and internal equity.

Location Remote, serving the Mindemoya area.

Responsibilities

Promote and educate clients on insurance products.

Take ownership of client relationships and help grow Westland’s presence in the local community.

Manage more complex insurance cases.

Help team members reach their potential.

Work with clients to uncover complex business challenges, identify their needs, and provide recommendations based on underwriting principles.

Share expertise and coach junior team members.
