Senior Insurance Advisor

About the Role Westland Insurance Group is searching for a Senior Insurance Advisor for our Cochrane, ON office. This is a hybrid role.

Compensation Expected Compensation:

The expected hiring range for this role is $24.30 to $30.38 per hour based on a 35‑hour work week. Pay will be determined based on qualifications and experience while considering internal equity.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional client service while representing Westland Insurance professionally across phone, email, and in‑person interactions.

Promote and educate clients on a wide range of insurance products.

Assess client needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations across personal lines to ensure the right coverage and protection.

Manage new business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes while handling more complex insurance cases with accuracy and attention to detail.
