Senior Insurance Advisor

We’re searching for a Senior Insurance Advisor to join our Grandview Central office in Surrey, BC . This role focuses on providing exceptional client service, educating clients on insurance products, managing complex cases, and building strong client relationships.

Expected Compensation: The hourly hiring range is $26.60 to $33.25 for a 35‑hour work week. Pay will be based on qualifications and experience, with internal equity considered. The position requires availability to work Saturdays as part of the regular schedule.

As a Senior Insurance Advisor , you will promote and educate clients on insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, help grow the firm’s presence in the local community, manage more complex insurance cases, and coach junior team members.
