Responsibilities

Intergovernmental Monitoring & Analysis

• Monitor media, government announcements, legislative developments, and political trends across Canada to identify emerging intergovernmental issues related to social policy.
• Analyze trends in social policy and intergovernmental affairs, and provide timely updates to colleagues and senior officials.
• Track the positions and activities of federal, provincial, and territorial governments, as well as relevant political actors, on priority issues.
