+ Possess a knowledge of all aspects of design, including programming, space planning, color and material research, FF&E, and lighting design.

+ Collaborate with and/or manage teams to generate and develop design concepts.

+ Clearly communicate design concepts visually and verbally to teams and clients.

+ Lead programming efforts and analysis.

+ Keenly understand design trends with a focus on workplace.

+ Manage and mentor team members from concept design through construction administration.
