Senior Designer — Fulcrum Concepts

We are a twenty-year-old interior design practice based in Pune — and we are growing. Fulcrum Concepts has designed over fifty homes across India, from complete civil overhauls to luxury apartment makeovers, and we are looking for a Senior Designer who is ready to own projects from brief to handover.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a screen and render. This is a role for someone who loves the full journey — the client conversation, the site chaos, the material decisions, the moment a space comes together exactly as it was imagined.
What you will do
Lead design projects end to end — from initial client brief through concept, execution and handover
Manage client relationships with confidence, warmth and clarity at every stage
