Senior Interior Designer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership and Management
To follow through the expectations regarding quality of standards, deadlines and the consultant's responsibilities and able to follow up with their progress diligently.
To manage working with cross functional project team including consultants, internal team and other stakeholders to achieve project goals/ directions in the projects.
Provide support to the team to delegate tasks and direction within the project team.
Able to be flexible and adjust task assignments or priorities as the projects evolve
Project Planning and Scheduling
Create project schedules and allocate / find resources efficiently to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones in hand
Supports and assists the team to develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines and resource requirements
