Job Description:

+ 5 plus years of experience in a Corporate Income Tax department and or public accounting firm, with the majority of the focus on corporate income tax/direct tax with a multinational company.

+ Must have international tax experience

+ A candidate must have the ability to interpret domestic and international tax concepts as well as a working knowledge of ASC 740, accounting for income taxes

+ A candidate must have the ability to analyze data and calculate the impact of legislative changes and tax planning opportunities as applied to the company.
