Job Title: Senior Investigator
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end investigations into complex issues such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, bullying, conflicts of interest, financial and accounting misconduct, and other policy violations.
* Develop effective strategies for handling sensitive allegations while maintaining neutrality, confidentiality and adherence to relevant laws.
* Deliver clear, actionable findings through fact-based reports and recommendations that can withstand legal scrutiny, address root causes and support long-term organizational health.
* Manage multiple investigations simultaneously and expediently bring investigations to closure.
* Successfully collaborate with HR, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and fair outcomes.
Required Skills:
* Proven experience: 8+ years conducting prompt, thorough and fair global workplace investigations, preferably at a private or publicly traded company.
