**What the job involves**- Work closely with senior team members of the investment team to conceptualize, structure, and analyse new deals and financing with private and institutional counter parties- Prepare and maintain base case proforma models for portfolio properties- Support the valuation process- Analyse the returns for potential investment opportunities by building cash flow models- Prepare investment documents for senior management and the Investment Committee- Maintain and track the firm's investment pipeline...
