A Senior Irrigation Design Engineer leads the planning, design, and implementation of advanced agricultural irrigation systems. They oversee hydraulic modeling, select efficient technologies, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior staff to deliver sustainable water management solutions.

Core Responsibilities

• System Design & Engineering: Create detailed layout plans, topographic assessments, and hydraulic calculations of irrigation systems including farm irrigation systems.
• Technology Selection: Evaluate soil types, climate data, and crop requirements to determine the most efficient irrigation methods (drip, sprinkler, or micro-irrigation).
• Project Management: Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), manage project budgets, and oversee the procurement of equipment.
