Senior IT Administrator/ IT Support

We are looking for an IT Administrator to support and manage IT services across our retirement and care facilities.

This role would ideally suit a mature, professional IT specialist who combines strong technical capability with excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder management skills. You will be the trusted IT partner to the Organisation where you will be operationally involved in resolving IT issues on a daily basis.

Duties & Responsibilities

• End-to-end IT support across multiple care and retirement sites
• Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, software, networks, and user issues
• Management of third-party vendors (ISPs, Microsoft licensing, service providers)
• Microsoft 365 administration and licensing management
• Advising senior management on IT needs, risks, and improvements
• On-site support across locations as required
