Senior IT Analyst/Programmer

**CTG is seeking a Senior IT Analyst/Programmer to design, build, and maintain HL7 interfaces using Cloverleaf for laboratory systems. This is a 100% remote role.**

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Develop and maintain HL7 interfaces with Cloverleaf interface engine.
+ Support multiple complex systems and applications, both custom and vendor-supplied.
+ Produce documentation: system requirements, designs, resource inventories, and plans.
+ Provide technical leadership, collaborate across teams, and work independently.
+ May provide 24/7 on-call support as needed.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

+ Cloverleaf Level 2 certified with HL7 interface development experience.
+ Experience in healthcare technology.
+ Strong system design, software development, and project management skills.
+ Excellent multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills.
