**Job Summary:**

The Senior IT Business Analyst – Accounting Systems serves as a functional IT partner supporting a heavily customized ERP and accounting systems environment. This role works closely with Accounting, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, gather business requirements,

support testing efforts, document processes, and improve operational workflows across the organization. This is not a software development role. The position is focused on functional systems support, business analysis, ERP-related troubleshooting, and user support within a legacy/customized systems environment.
