Senior IT Business Analyst – Banking

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst with deep experience in banking and financial services systems to support enterprise technology initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with business and IT leaders to deliver solutions across core banking, digital channels, payments, lending, and regulatory platforms.
You will lead business analysis activities for medium to large-scale initiatives, ensuring solutions meet business, regulatory, and operational requirements while aligning with the Company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end business analysis for banking and financial systems initiatives, from discovery through implementation
