We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst, Data and Analytics to join our growing team!

What you'll do here

• Analyze business needs to define IT solutions.
• Facilitate/participate in business requirements workshops to specify IT solutions.
• Perform impact analyses and effort estimates to recommend, obtain approval for, and document the IT solution using effective methods, interacting with both business users and the IT project team.
• Support solution development and technical analyses.
• Support quality assurance activities and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support the Product Manager in defining and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Document user stories so they are clearly understood by designers and the QA team.
• Identify and communicate impacts on business processes to support change management in business units using a train-the-trainer approach.
