Requirements Elicitation: Lead large-scale business systems projects, including requirements gathering, analysis, and implementation. Provide support to Project Managers during the estimation and planning phases.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending new technologies or system enhancements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
Solution Evaluation: Leverage deep expertise in both business and technology to recommend optimized solutions, drive solution design improvements, and ensure that selected solutions deliver long-term value and scalability.
Mentorship: Mentor less experienced analysts, provide guidance on best practices and methodologies.
