Responsibilities

• Take a leading role in workshops, working with key internal and external stakeholders to identify and document requirements in order to define the agreed project scope, subject to approval from all parties.
• Act as a consultant, coordinator, and liaison between the various parties during the solution development/configuration phase, working to ensure it is fit for purpose.
• Prepare test plans and perform System Integration Testing (SIT), as required, in line with professional quality standards, ensuring that end-to-end data exchanges between organizations and systems function correctly and that the company’s systems are properly configured to meet the documented requirements.
• Support the user community in carrying out User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
