Senior IT Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP (Laravel) and The ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong backend expertise, capable of leading development efforts, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to system architecture and technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP (Laravel) and
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend services
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers
• Lead code reviews and ensure best coding practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Participate in system architecture and technical planning
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Maintain documentation for code, systems, and processes
