System & Server Administration

• Deploy, configure, and maintain server operating systems and enterprise applications (Windows Server, Linux).
• Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve issues proactively.
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory, and other enterprise services.
• Create and manage home directories and group policies using PowerShell scripting.
• Monitor and manage patch deployment through professional patch management tool.
• Manage disaster recovery procedures.
• Deploy and configure Windows and SQL Server clusters.
• Administer and maintain NetApp SAN storage and SAN switches.

Virtualization & Cloud

• Install, configure, and manage Hyper-V and VMware virtual environments.
