Senior IT Executive (Warehouse)

About the Role
The SCM IT role is responsible for ensuring the stable, secure, and efficient operation of automated warehouse and supply chain systems to deliver products to every UNIQLO store and customer in Singapore. This role works closely with Logistics, Maintenance team, global HQ, and external vendors to minimize business impact from IT incidents while continuously improving system reliability and operational efficiency. The position combines hands-on IT operations, incident and problem management leadership, and continuous improvement activities in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
This role is expected to be able to fulfill their duties in accordance with the following IT department mission.
