Senior IT Manager

We are seeking a seasoned R&D Senior Manager with strong roots-in-code to lead our development function. This role is responsible for the strategic evolution of our core business systems—including ERP and POS platforms.

You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and high-quality software engineering. We need a leader who can talk shop with developers to ensure architectural integrity while simultaneously advising executive stakeholders on long-term innovation roadmaps.

Key Priorities
