Senior IT Officer

Our Client requires an Senior IT Officier with hands‑on experience with SAP, particularly those with expertise in integrating SAP with other software systems.

• Global IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage global IT infrastructure to ensure reliable performance and scalability across multiple regions, data centres, and remote offices. Ensure integration of global systems, networks, and applications to support business growth and operations.
• Advanced Technical Support: Act as the primary escalation point for complex hardware, software, network, and system issues. Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and resolution for high‑level IT problems affecting global users.
• System and Network Administration: Install, configure, maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure including desktops, servers, laptops, printers, and network devices. Administer Windows OS, Microsoft 365, ERP systems, VPNs, and networking solutions.
