Senior IT Portfolio Management Analyst

Position Purpose:   Oversees all labor management activities of FTEs, contractors, and fixed fee resources, including resource allocations, workload planning, and time reporting to ensure alignment with portfolio expectations. Forecasts all labor changes monthly, maintains a detailed labor tracker, monitors actuals vs forecast each month, and provides monthly updates to leadership. Manages and administers ServiceNow reporting to ensure accurate tracking, alignment, and visibility of work efforts.
