Role: Senior IT Product Delivery Assistant.

Scope of Work/Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall coordination efforts of the Product Delivery Team, providing end-to-end support in administrative functions, logistical arrangements, and coordination of events and related activities for bank-wide implementation of DigiKM2 and New Intranet.

General Administrative Function:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Product Delivery team
• Manage user access and permissions for the product’s SharePoint sites and shared mailbox, ensuring appropriate controls and timely updates
• Respond to requests for product-related information and data, coordinating with relevant team members for clearance
