Senior IT Project Manager

The Project Manager will lead large‑scale, complex, high‑profile, and high‑risk I&IT initiatives within a public‑sector environment. This role is accountable for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring alignment with established project management frameworks, standards, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end project management across all phases: concept, planning, implementation, and close‑out.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, timelines, scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and integrated work plans.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, issues, decisions, and change requests.
