Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Proactively generate and book qualified sales meetings with decision-makers through outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
- Achieve monthly targets for meetings booked and qualified opportunities generated.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities aligned with the company's BPO, IT, and digital transformation services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach and lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Keep all client interactions and pipeline activities up to date in the CRM system.
Deal Closing & Revenue Growth
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, positioning the company as a trusted partner.
Client Retention & Upselling
- Maintain close relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
