Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Proactively generate and book qualified sales meetings with decision-makers through outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
Achieve monthly targets for meetings booked and qualified opportunities generated.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in IT, SaaS, or BPO sales (preferably with exposure to both local and international clients).
Proven track record managing the full sales cycle , from lead generation to closing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to present solutions clearly to executives and decision-makers.
Familiarity with CRM tools and KPI-based sales tracking.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
