Senior IT Scrum Lead

This senior role provides an opportunity to lead Agile delivery at scale and mentor teams across complex initiatives. As a Senior IT Scrum Lead, you will contribute to our mission by ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and enabling high-performing teams. You’ll gain leadership experience, global exposure, and access to advanced Agile practices.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Organize and facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
+ Act as a coach and trainer for Scrum Teams and stakeholders on Agile principles.
+ Coordinate with other Scrum Leads, Agile Coaches, and Release Train Engineers.
+ Ensure Scrum framework compliance and foster a safe environment for innovation.
+ Collaborate with Product Owner to maintain backlog and clarify priorities.
+ Maintain Scrum artifacts and support continuous improvement.
+ Shift Schedule: Fixed Schedule – 8am to 5pm EST.
