Senior IT Service Delivery Manager

The Opportunity:
Reporting initially into the executive team, you’ll take responsibility for BAU IT operations while driving several practical, high-impact technology initiatives in a low-maturity environment. This is a delivery-focused contract role, suited to a senior IT operator who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, working autonomously, and taking full ownership of IT across the business. 

The focus is on ensuring the core Microsoft environment, end-user experience, security posture, and vendor delivery are operating effectively and improving rapidly.
