Your Key Responsibilities
Ensuring the operational operation of end devices (e.g., administration, installation, repair processing, inventory management), if necessary, under the guidance of experts of the IT subsystems.

Identification and resolution of problems related to delivery, installation, and connection of IT devices at the user's workplace.

Analysis and correction of system and program errors for issue resolution (Level 2).
